JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsibilities: Deliver consistent revenue and share growth at assigned accounts through distributor COGS and direct sales by emphasizing total cost of ownership and selling on value Through data, Identifies Capital Expenditures Projects, Successfully Influence of Specification, Tracking of Global OEM / Channel RFQ\'s to expand market share Serve as the primary sales point-of-contact for assigned strategic accounts and distribution strategic account managers providing data driven solutions with a sense of urgency Maintain a cadence of review and manage bi-lateral / tri-lateral agreements for end-users and distributors Successfully navigates large volumes of internal/distributor requests on a daily basis while completing other competiting priorties Develop and maintain a Strategic Account Management Plan (SAMP) for each Account and utilitze CRM to coordinate AOP / ATO tactical actions and manage opportunities 50% travel to work with customers and internal resources supporting programs pertaining to MCS growth initiatives. Identify upcoming capital projects and drive specification. Pursue competitive interchanges on existing installations Develops a Management Operating Process and QBR cadences with both the end-user accounts and distribution partner Through data analytics, prompt customer stakeholder groups to explore ideas and concerns while serving as the educated facilitator helping guide to a solution. Teach / Tailor / Take Control Maximize new business and marketing opportunitiesvia the execution of BU/Distributor strategies. Work effectively in a team selling environment - utilize Strategic Account Management Plan to communicate and drive assigned account\'s strategy and tactics to local/field sales level Create market share expansion for distributors through use of E-Commerce tools Identify Regal Rexnord product gaps to promote New Product Development ideas and serve as industry expert, sales liaison and voice-of-customer with the Regal Rexnord product development teams Drive specification for DiRXN / Perceptiv (digital productivity platform) Communicate, implement and monitor all account initiatives, analytics and programs to ensure alignment of Regal Rexnord sales, marketing, BU\'s, Training and operations that Drive Collaboration & Teamwork to achieve objectives.
