DIRECT SUPPLY Installation Fulfillment Specialist in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them. As an Installation & Fulfillment Specialist, you will oversee large projects to ensure customers\' delivery and service expectations are met. You\'ll coordinate the quoting and execution of the installation services with external service providers; manage multiple post-order requests (cancellations, order changes, backorders, etc.), ensure orders ship out within the customers requested time frame, and post shipment issues are resolved to our customers\' satisfaction. You will be the primary liaison between our suppliers and several internal teams and will make quality decisions on behalf of our customers to deliver a top-tier experience. You\'ll work closely with Capital Sales, Aptura, and Supply Chain Teams to ensure all projects meet our customers\' expectations.
