The Inside Sales Representative will be expected to organize, manage, and develop a relationship with customers in their territory and will gain knowledge of industry, products and services. This position will represent and communicate Lube-Tech\'s products, services, policies, procedures, and programs to the customer. Accelerated performance on sales development is expected. In addition to growing an assigned territory, the position will be responsible for lead qualification and new account prospecting. Develops and grows sales territory per annual plan Understands and maintains pipeline within CRM software (Salesforce) Participates in Lube-Tech and vendor-provided product and application training Embraces coaching related to sales process, time & territory management, and relationship management Actively builds rapport internally; cross-functional with all internal departments and communicates openly/effectively High level of outbound prospecting over the phone, validating marketing produced leads within CRM/JDE Tracks and manages sales opportunities as they progress through the process Participates in the development, implementation, and communication of inside sales strategies and objectives Supports pricing and margin...
