Job Overview We have an immediate opportunity for an Infrastructure Analyst / Sr. Infrastructure Analyst with an emphasis on Exchange Online to join our global IT team. This position is working onsite and can be based at our offices in Milwaukee, WI or Chicago, IL (Near O\'Hare). Key Job Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and analyze current infrastructure needs and develop comprehensive plans for improvements and upgrades. Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for the adoption of new infrastructure components that align with business goals. Provide technical support to business stakeholders and other IT teams, resolving infrastructure/Exchange-related issues promptly. Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base. Administer and maintain Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange Server environments. Configure and monitor SMTP email systems to ensure reliable email delivery. Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure the stability and security of email services. Implement security best practices and policies to protect the organization\'s infrastructure and data. Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and patch management. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations relevant to IT infrastructure. Collaborate with multiple, cross-functional global teams such as application owners, network, and Komatsu subsidiaries to complete multiple high profiled IT projects Act as a technical participant for multiple simultaneous projects and day-to-day operations. Collaborate with various members of the IT team on infrastructure, network, backup, and systems design.
