JOB REQUIREMENTS: Industrial Painter Location: Milwaukee, WI 53209 Pay Rate: \$17.00\$19.00/hour (Based on Experience) ? Hours: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM Are you an experienced painter with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence? Join our growing manufacturing team as an Industrial Painter, where you\'ll apply coatings to a variety of materials and surfaces, contributing to the production of high-quality industrial and automotive equipment. What You\'ll Do: Apply paint, varnishes, and other coatings using wet painting techniques and tools. Work collaboratively with a team to meet project goals. Use hand and power tools to prepare and finish materials. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace. What We\'re Looking For: Preferred Experience: Automotive or industrial equipment painting. Wet painting using a spray gun. Mixing colors and matching finishes. Core Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to differentiate colors. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities with frequent interruptions. Clear and effective communication skills. Advanced Skills (Preferred): Industry training or certifications in painting or coating. Valid driver\'s license.
