Robert Half HR Coordinator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Description We are in the process of recruiting an HR Coordinator to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing employee records, administering benefits, and analyzing HR data. This position represents a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process and manage employee records, including personnel files, payroll details, and benefits information.
• Ensure all record-keeping procedures comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist in the open enrollment processes.
• Aid in educating our staff about benefits.
• Gather and scrutinize HR data to identify patterns and provide insights for decision-making.
• Prepare comprehensive HR reports and metrics for management review.
• Show an interest in developing efficient methods for tracking data and compliance tasks in HR.
• Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce, About Time, Auditing, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Communication, UKG Pro, UKG Ready. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar HR Coordinator role or related field
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a must
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Knowledge of Ceridian and Dayforce systems
• Proficient in using About Time software
• Strong auditing skills
• Experience in conducting background checks
• Comprehensive understanding of benefit functions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with UKG Pro and UKG Ready is desirable TalentMatch®
