JOB REQUIREMENTS: Under the direction of the Healthcare Access Program Manager, the Healthcare Access Program Coordinator supports the Community Health Access Program (CHAP) through outreach, educational and training opportunities and operational administration. The City of Milwaukee values and encourages diversity and is an equal opportunity employer. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in public health, human services, health education, social work, healthcare management or a closely related field from an accredited college or university. One year of professional experience in public health, health education, public benefits, social work, human service, community health or healthcare administration performing duties closely related to the essential functions listed above. Valid driver\'s license and use of a properly insured vehicle for use on the job at time of appointment and throughout employment. Mileage reimbursement is provided pursuant to Section 350-183 of The Milwaukee Code of Ordinances. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be considered; i.e. an associate degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university and three years of full-time, related experience as listed in #2 above would be considered equivalent.
