The General Management Summer Internship Program is a full-time 10-week program where you will have the opportunity to address key business problems through meaningful projects that support our global business. As a program participant, you will have the opportunity to engage with executive leadership and peers, develop your skillset, and learn more about our culture of 80/20 and continuous improvement. Our program is designed to provide interns with exposure to Regal Rexnord\'s culture and opportunities with successful intern candidates transitioning into our General Management Development Program.
