JOB REQUIREMENTS: Under the direction of the Doula Program Manager, the Doula Program Coordinator provides direction for City and community-based doula services, including program outreach, education, and training. Five years of progressively responsible, full-time equivalent experience with mothers and babies, in maternal and child health, in labor and delivery, and/or conducting doula/birth work, performing duties closely related to the essential functions listed above. 2. Certified Doula at time of appointment, and throughout employment.
