JOB REQUIREMENTS: Front Counter Account Coordinator Lead Shift: 1st Pay: \$18/hr Job Description: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. Able to share clear instructions and make complex ideas easy to understand. Manage confidential information and documentation, including financial data and credit card information. Ensure the front counter and computer terminal areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Foster a positive and professional environment for customers and employees. Train and mentor front counter staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Schedule and delegate tasks to team members to optimize workflow and coverage. Handle cash transactions, process payments, assist customers with finance applications, and manage cash drawers accurately. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Prepare and review daily reports and documentation related to front counter operations. Typing, filing, scanning, copying, and answering phone Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new front counter staff Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or management is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic office software. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts. Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visits to solicit payment. Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems. Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers\' financial situations. Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment. Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts. Confer with customers by telephone or in person to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, service, or credit contracts. Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
