JOB REQUIREMENTS: Construction Project Supervisor - CONST01762-00001 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Description: Our Construction Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing product installations throughout the area, exceeding customer expectations while maximizing profitability. The Construction Project Supervisor works with both in-house staff and subcontractors, and is responsible for hiring, certifying, and training. The Construction Project Supervisor ensures all quality and safety standards are met on each project, coordinates product and equipment availability with the customer and installation teams, resolves any bottlenecks, and escalates problems as necessary. The primary focus is on our larger projects, working directly with general contractors and customers, and being on-site frequently throughout the process. The Construction Project Supervisor also works with sales personnel to provide technical expertise, and interfaces with the administrative support team to maximize efficiency and productivity. A degree in construction management and/or experience in managing commercial construction projects is preferred.
