MCW: SARGEANT HEALTH CENTER Clinical Program Coordinator II in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: As a Clinical Program Coordinator II in Anesthesiology you will coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the program. Provide support to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program\'s goals. Primary Functions Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the clinical program. Assist in scheduling providers in Qgenda and other support applications (EPIC, Spoke, etc.). Conduct or coordinate training for program participants. Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data around staffing to support operations. Provide input on workflow improvement projects around staffing providers within the Department. Maintain program timeline including tracking deadlines and program components. Assist in recruitment, interviews, onboarding and training of program staff. Report program data and progress to program stakeholders. Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of our clinical operations team. Coordinate and manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with community organizations. Collaborate on the development of program materials including onboarding, educational materials, Qgenda and scheduling platforms, forms, and reports.
