CHILD SUPPORT SPECIALIST Pay Rate: \$19.49 to \$29.24 Hourly Closing Date: February 12, 2024 or upon receipt of the first 50 application submissions. Job Summary: The Child Support Specialist monitors child support caseloads for all appropriate enforcement actions in accordance with Federal Regulations and mandated time frames. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and monitor sizeable child support caseloads for delinquency and compliance with court orders. Prioritize computerized work items and reports taking appropriate enforcement actions. Prepare legal documents including drafting of pleadings to initiate actions. Conduct face-to-face interviews with participants, attorneys and others as needed. Negotiate payment plans to prevent or resolve administrative enforcement actions. Review and evaluate routine and specialized reports. Make determinations regarding case needs and follow through accordingly.
