The Business/Requirement Analyst is primarily responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements for multiple software development projects in a fast paced environment. Other critical responsibilities of the Business/Requirement Analyst are more technical: providing quality assurance of system and process modifications, participating in the coordination of deployments, testing and change control of applications across multiple environments in support of business continuity. This position will meet regularly with internal and external stakeholders virtually and in-person and may travel regularly, both domestically and internationally to Asia. Job Requirements: Draft, update and present documentation such as Use Cases, Process Maps and Story Boards Maintain client relationships and manage client expectations Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements from users Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients Lead requirements validation and traceability analysis Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-off Manage scope and requirements throughout the project life cycle Design test plans to validate software functionality against requirements Analyze application defects to determine if they fall within scope of project requirements Assist in operational roll-out and support Perform onsite training and demonstrations Must be able to travel by plane and car 60% of the time Foxconn provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
