As an Administrative Assistant Sr in the Emergency Medicine Department you willperform routine and advanced administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, under general direction. Primary Functions Screen telephone calls and greet visitors to resolve complex inquiries. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare pertinent agendas or materials. Anticipate and initiate action regarding administrative functions while coordinating and leading projects. Compose correspondence as needed, which may contain confidential information. Create complex workflow charts, spreadsheets, databases, macros, and templates. Create reports, presentations, minutes, letters, memos, and forms. Proofread and format documents to ensure accuracy. Coordinate schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries and related arrangements. Compile data and information from multiple sources to prepare reports. Process payment requests, requisitions, and invoices Assist in monitoring expenditures. Distribute mail and organize filing systems accurately maintaining records. Assist with department website management, social media development, and IT related requests Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management. Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills. #LI-SN1 Preferred Schedule: M-F 8-5 Position Requirements: Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis Minimum Required Education: High school diploma Minimum Required Experience: 5 years of experience Preferred Education: Bachelor\'s Degree Field: Administrative Support Why MCW?
