Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The chosen candidate will be part of a dynamic team in the industry, where they will play a key role in managing and processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Manage and maintain customer credit records, ensuring they are up to date and accurate
• Handle data entry tasks, ensuring information is inputted correctly and efficiently
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report on account payable activities
• Conduct account reconciliation tasks to ensure all financial data is correct
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts payable
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is mandatory.
• Must have experience in Accounts Payable (AP) operations.
• Should possess strong Data Entry skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is required.
