Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is situated in the hospitality industry and requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage customer applications and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the invoice processing system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Conducting check runs to maintain the financial flow.
• Performing account reconciliation tasks to ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel to track and analyze data for the accounts payable.
• Coding invoices to ensure they are correctly classified within the financial system.
• Handling data entry tasks related to accounts payable.
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions as required. Requirements • Possess strong skills in Account Reconciliation
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Check Runs is a must
• Expertise in Coding Invoices
• Must have excellent Data Entry skills
• Should be adept at Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
