Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our team. The ideal candidate will follow SOP instructions to perform numerous job responsibilities, including the hand assembly of small parts on an automated assembly line. This role requires good hand/eye coordination and the ability to work with extremely small parts. Assemblers will rotate stations to ensure variety and learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
Follow SOP instructions to perform job responsibilities.
Hand assemble small piece parts on an automated assembly line.
Assemble using fixtures and/or automated equipment.
Rotate stations to maintain engagement and learn multiple departments.
Operate machines and pack products as needed.
Essential Skills
General labor
Assembly
Good hand/eye coordination
Ability to lift up to 30lbs occasionally
Experience with hand tools, blueprints, packaging, power tools, mechanical assembly, machine operation, picking, packing, production line
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with small parts.
Ability to sit for the majority of the workday.

Work Environment
The work environment is climate-controlled and very clean. Employees work 4-day weeks with the following shifts: 1st shift from 6am-4pm (Mon-Thur) and 2nd shift from 4pm-2am (Mon-Thur) with a $1.50 shift premium. Any overtime would generally be on Fridays, but it is not frequent. Pay starts at 17/hr
