We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a great ability to manage cross-functional teams.

salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and logistics.

  • Analyze and forecast supply chain trends and demand to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.

  • Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality service.

  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain, ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Identify and resolve supply chain issues, such as delays or disruptions, to minimize impact on business operations.

  • Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in supply chain management.

  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

The essential functions of this role include:
