2 Positions on Swing shift (3pm-11:30pm + OT as business needs) 2 years+ required SMT Operator: •Experience with SMT Equipment and operate. •SMT machine daily maintenance, Change Over SMT process. •SMT machine operation for solder printing, SPI, chip shooter and reflow. •Solder paste height measurement & record in SPC. •Solder printing quality check after solder paste printing. •Feeder setup & replace or exchange component need to verify and document. •Hand load special SMT component required in document before reflow (optional). •Control output by SMT task time and making sure follow all procedure of required. •Any quality issue must to let team lead and supervisor immediately. •Understand all MPI and BOM, need to know basic electronics component value, package is required. •Follow company policy on 6S & discipline in working area.
1 SMT Set Up Operator EXAMINE THE CIRCUIT BOARDS TO DETECT DEFECTS SUCH AS SHORTS, EXCESS OR MISSING SOLDER, SCRATCHES, CRACKS, AND PLACEMENT OF COMPONENTS. • 5S & DISCIPLINE IN SETUP AREA • LEAN MANUFACTURE & EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT CONDUCTED • MAINTAIN QUALITY STANDARDS BY APPROVING MATERIAL AT INSPECTION FOR ALL PRODUCTS • PERFORM INSPECTIONS FOR ASSEMBLIES • VERIFY CONFORMANCE TO SPECIFIED DIMENSIONS • RECORD DEFECTS • ABILITY TO USE ESSENTIAL TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT • ABILITY TO READ AND INTERPRET ASSEMBLY DRAWINGS, PRODUCT SPECIFIC DOCUMENTATION AND WORK INSTRUCTIONS
