US Tech Solutions Electrical Engineering Assembler in Milpitas, California
Job Description:
- Looking for mechanical assembly skill and trouble shoot electrical issues.
Responsibilities:
Build and test cameras and printed circuit assemblies in production area.
Update documentation when needed
Work with engineer to bring new products to manufacturing
Broad technical understanding of printed circuit boards
Be able to troubleshoot down to component level
Strong ability to update documents for a repeatable Manufacturing Process
Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and work in a collaborative style
Good technical skills and proven engineering problem solving ability
Experience:
Test and repair electronic assemblies.
Build and test camera and other electronic assemblies.
Some mechanical assembly work requires – build camera enclosure.
May require to update procedure.
May require to work with engineer to bring in new products to manufacturing (New product introduction).
May require to work on test fixture when it’s down.
Build frame and install different modules in stages.
Oscilloscope experience and be able to understand what they are measuring and how to operate it. Same thing with a multi and power meter.
Need to be able to take laser and power measurements

- BS in EE, understand basic electronic circuitry, be able to troubleshoot to component level
