Aerotek Coating Operator in Milpitas, California

Description

We are currently seeking three dedicated and experienced conformal coating operators to join our team for the swing shift. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the PCB manufacturing industry. Conformal coating experience and prep and masking skills are a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate conformal coating equipment efficiently and safely.

  • Organize and manage daily workload to achieve productivity goals.

  • Inspect coated boards; adjust, touch-up, and remove boards for rework as needed.

  • Report any issues to the leader or upper management.

  • Ensure compliance with ESD and safety guidelines, and use protective gear as required.

  • Perform basic daily machine maintenance.

  • Execute effective shift and job changeovers.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 5S principles.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the PCB manufacturing industry.

  • Conformal coating experience is a plus.

  • Prep and masking skills are a plus.

  • Ability to follow safety protocols and use protective gear.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00
