Commander, Navy Installations RECREATION AID - GOLF CASHIER in Millington, Tennessee
Summary Performs a variety of duties in support of the Glen Eagle Golf Course, for Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department of Naval Support Activity Mid-South, in Millington, TN. Provides excellent customer service by greeting patrons in person and operation of a Point of Sales (POS) system. Responsibilities Performs assigned duties and provides necessary services to authorized patrons. Rings up sales of green fees, carts, range balls and other services/merchandise in appropriate sales categories Ensures all players are properly signed in, and all fees paid Provides information concerning facilities and operation. Operates a cash register, Point of Sale (POS) system, processes product or service transactions. Greets patrons in person, answers the telephone, takes messages, handles customer requests, make referrals to the appropriate staff member. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Resumes must include information which demonstrates experience and knowledge, skills, and ability (KSAs) as they relate to this position. Applicants are encouraged to be clear and specific when describing their experience level and KSAs A qualified candidate possess the following: Must have the ability to operate a gas powered golf cart and range ball picker. Requires the ability to follow oral and/or written instructions. Education This position does not have a positive education requirement.
