Accounts Payable Administrator- Construction Industry

Robert Half has partnered with a large general contractor in the construction industry is hiring for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their accounting department. The Accounts Payable Administrator will have the opportunity to work under the Accounting Manager and manage the AP cycle for the company.
Responsibilities include:
Full Cycle Accounts Payable processing- entering and scanning invoices and weekly check runs
Reconciling vendor statements
Handling discrepancies
Working with vendors on compliance and questions
Maintaining files
Our client is working full on-site 5 days per week at their office. This position offers a very strong benefit and paid time off package to all employees.

Requirements
Desired Experience:
3+ years of experience in an AP role preferred
Construction accounting software experience (Sage Timberline preferred)
Construction Industry accounting experience preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Team player, 'can-do attitude'
Excellent communication skills - with Project Managers and Vendors
