JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking an Epoxy Flooring Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, will be motivated and have a passion for craftsmanship. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while gaining hands-on experience. No prior experience is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare surfaces for epoxy flooring installation, including cleaning, grinding, and patching as necessary.
• Mix epoxy coatings according to manufacturer specifications and apply them to surfaces using appropriate techniques.
• Install decorative elements, such as flakes or metallic pigments, to enhance the appearance of epoxy flooring.
• Utilize proper safety protocols and equipment to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure that all installations meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and coworkers.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed to accommodate project requirements.
