Payroll Specialist
We're currently seeking a detail-oriented payroll professional to join a nationwide company that is growing significantly and locations throughout the US on a full-time, permanent basis. This position offers competitive salary, robust benefits, and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Managing daily payroll operations including data entry, audit and adjustments
Ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing
Calculating and preparing monthly pay elements like sales commissions, etc.
Handling accurate wage garnishments and ensuring adherence to compliance
Working with ADP for payroll processing, tax issue resolution, and employee data management
Assisting managers and employees in understanding company payroll practices
Performing accurate and timely monthly and year-end reporting
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in processing payrolls for a few hundred employees. Multi-state payroll a plus!
Proficiency in ADP or similar payroll systems preferred

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Payroll Administrator role or similar
• Proficiency in ADP strong preferred
• MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
