Job Title: Human Resources SpecialistJob Description
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will work closely with management to understand business objectives, organizational structure, and workforce needs. Your role will be to develop and implement HR strategies that support the achievement of business goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a wide array of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. In addition, you will lead recruitment and staffing efforts, administer benefits plans, manage the employee on-boarding process, and oversee performance evaluations. You will also coordinate and track training and development programs, monitor HR metrics and analytics, and stay current on HR trends, regulations, and best practices.
