Your Challenge

During your 6-month-internship with us you will have the opportunity to learn a lot about Talent Acquisition (TA) . By the end of your internship, you will be equipped with the most up-to-date knowledge and hands-on experience for your professional career in HR.

A mentor will support you in experiencing the full lifecycle of the recruiting process. Your main activities will involve to:

  • Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Professionals to assist them in their daily operational tasks

  • Support with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Assist in the creation of engaging and compelling employer brand content, such as employee testimonials, posts, and videos, to showcase our company culture and values.

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams, including data analysis, KPI and reporting

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including P&O and communications, to ensure alignment of talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.

  • Contribute fresh ideas and insights to enhance recruitment processes, candidate engagement strategies, and employer brand messaging.

Your profile

  • Fresh graduate or about to graduate in Humanistic or Economics field, HR background is a plus.

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition , employer branding, and human resources.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.

  • Fluent in English and Italian

  • European citizenship
