The Job's Mission
As Sales Representative Medical Hospital , you’ll help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better by promoting and selling Stryker’s world-class Medical products. Our Medical solutions offer products that help improve patient and hospital outcomes with innovative patient care, patient handling and data solutions that are durable, reliable and easy to use. In this role, you will develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical expertise.

Key Activities & Accountabilities
Driving growth in the territory through active constant customer engagement
Creating new sales opportunities, targeted sales approach.
Meeting and exceeding sales quota
Planning and executing on a quarterly and annual business plan, this will be showing management of existing revenue streams and customers and driving acquisition across the territory generating growth.
Implement strategy at local level in coordination with the RSM and PM
Control all resources and materials in his/her territory
Customer care for healthcare professionals and hospital administration with
Managing contracts and pricing agreements in the territory, working with RSM and PM to ensure this is within the desired company bands.
Completing quotes and tenders/ reporting as and when required
Representing Stryker to all levels of HCP, commissioners, and managers in their territory.
Supporting in-person customer experience of our products through coverage of exhibits, trade shows and educational events.
In-service support where required
Continuing to support compliance and the principles of responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting noncompliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements, and Company’s policies and procedures
Remaining current on industry, customer, and competitive trends
Acting a consultancy capacity with other Stryker departments
Promoting and disseminating the culture of compliance (compliance with regulations and ethical behavior)
Fulfilling the quality policy and comply with company’s standard operative procedures with particular attention to the Vigilance ones
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in sciences, economics or professional training in the medical, scientific field.
2-3 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or related roles in the medical devices industry with experience in tender preparation activities and strong knowledge in the healthcare organization structure and dynamics
Native or C2 level of Italian and intermediate level of English
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales experience in the Medical Device Business, both consumables and capital equipment, is strongly preferred
In-depth understanding and knowledge of national legal, regulatory and compliance rules and regulations
Fluent level of English

Territory: Lombardia and Triveneto
Based Location: any well-connected city of Lombardia and Veneto
Type: 100% Field
Travels with stayover: 50%
Presence in Operating Room: not required
