Job Description
A product marketer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the adoption and success of a company's products or services. Here are some of the key responsibilities of a product marketer
What You’ll Do:
Conduct market research: A product marketer needs to understand the market, competition, and target audience. They conduct market research to gather insights and data that inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
Define the product positioning: Based on the research, a product marketer defines the product's unique selling proposition (USP) and positioning in the market. They identify the key benefits and features of the product that resonate with the target audience.
Develop messaging and content: Product marketers create compelling messaging that communicates the product's value proposition to the target audience. They also develop content such as product videos, demos, whitepapers, and case studies that help educate and persuade potential customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Product marketers work closely with product managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that the product messaging is consistent across all channels. They also work with the sales team to create sales enablement materials and ensure that they are trained to effectively sell the product.
Launch and promote the product: A product marketer is responsible for creating and executing go-to-market strategies to launch and promote the product. This includes developing marketing campaigns, creating product collateral, and planning events and webinars.
Analyze and optimize: A product marketer analyzes the performance of marketing campaigns and uses data to optimize future strategies. They monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product adoption, revenue, and customer feedback to measure the success of the product marketing efforts.
Overall, a product marketer plays a critical role in ensuring the success of a company's products or services by developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science or a related field, MBA or Master Degree preferred.

Native English fluency mandatory

Product knowledge: A product marketer should have a deep understanding of the company's products or services, as well as the market and competition.
Communication skills: Product marketers need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They should be able to articulate the value proposition of the product and create compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.
Analytical skills: Product marketers should be skilled at analyzing data and making data-driven decisions. They should be comfortable with metrics and KPIs, and able to use tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation software.
Collaboration skills: Product marketers need to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, sales teams, and designers. They should be able to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Creativity: Product marketers need to be creative and innovative, constantly coming up with new and effective ways to promote the product and engage the target audience.
Project management skills: Product marketers need to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Behavioral characteristics: intellectually curious, passionately persistent, resilient and tenacious - always learning and bravely tackling new challenges.
Technical competencies: Salesforce, Eloqua (or other Marketing Automation platforms), Microsoft 365, Workfront, LinkedIn, Sprout Social and productivity tools. Other Martech stack platforms considered an advantage.

Travel Needs:
- Must be able to travel in the region as well as in Europe and USA.
