The Role
Business Analyst international
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst International to join in the Health & Benefits Team.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting complex business data and projects to identify insightful trends and drive informed decision-making for project deliverables. You will work closely with the Lead and stakeholders from various national and international departments, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions over projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical and project management skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality business analysis / project deliverables.
Main Responsibilities
Lead conversation with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables;
Conduct detailed business analysis by gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders;
Develop and maintain all project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and test plans;
Lead User Acceptance Test and regression test with the product/system owner and relative Subject Matter Expert;
Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather information and provide updates;
Collaborate with software developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
Analyse current business processes and propose improvements to optimize efficiency;
Participate in continuous improvement activities to build stakeholders’ confidence;
Strong client service orientation and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely manner;
Proven ability to identify issues and drive the escalation management;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 5 years in the role
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices
Proficient in data analysis and modelling techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to stakeholders
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
