Boehringer Ingelheim Value & Access Manager in Milan, Italy

The Position

As a member of the Market Access & Healthcare Affairs Leadership Team, drives development of the Integrated Access Plan for all Product lifecycle (from Early Access to Loss Of Exclusivity), in collaboration with Market Access organizational units and Cross-functional teams, in line with the OPU Human Pharma and Corporate objectives.

Responsible for checking that Product Value Proposition envisage the right strategy to ensure that drugs are accessible in the market and meet the needs of multiple stakeholders (patients, payors, etc.) by having optimal insights generation, right evidence development and engagement of the relevant stakeholders

Focus responsibilities are CRM and Pulmonary Fibrosis Therapeutic Areas.

Responsibilities

Ensure that Integrated Access Plan paves the way for Product performance and success by envising, for all asset lyfecicle:

  • Payer Value optimization

  • Engagement plan with Payors and Key Accounts

  • Identification of strategic partnerships for SSN Shaping

  • Maximise product potential based on early value demonstration

Contribute, in alignement with Market Access & HCA Leadership Team, in ensuring function effectiveness by being the main point of contact for CRM and Pulmonary Fibrosis Brand Team

Job Complexity: Deeper understanding of drug access opportunities and roadbloacks in the Italian context (National and Regional) from early access to LOE to develop the optimal product strategy and optimizing commercial potential.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Scientific subjects or Economics

  • Minimum 5 years of experiance

  • Knowledge of National and Regional access scenario to translate in business opportunities

  • Knowledge of HTA and Pharmacoeconomics, of RWE context and stakeholders

  • Management of different access stakeholders pursuing relationship and partnership

  • Business-minded communication, Negotiation and influencing, Customer focus, Partnership, Listening, Partecipative Leadership

  • Fluent Italian and English
