We are looking for a Technical Support Professional for Building Management Systems for Siemens Desigo portfolio support to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Siemens Smart infrastructure Building Products area.

Your Challenge

As Technical Support professional for Building Management Systems part of the HQ Technical Sales Services team your mission will be to support Siemens technical experts from different fields (Comfort, Fire, Energy and Security) to supervise their buildings over Desigo BMS solutions. Some of the main activities will be:

  • Provide support and troubleshoot technical issues with Siemens technical experts in the countries during the entire product lifecycle (design, commissioning and maintenance) of Siemens Desigo On-premise and Off-premise solution (SaaS).

  • Having a customer first approach, collect feedback from individual projects, reproduce issues in laboratory whenever is possible, identify software bugs, understand customer change requests, proactively propose software improvements to R&D and product management organizations.

  • Identify topics to be documented in knowledgebase articles.

  • Maintain and improve the in-depth knowledge on Siemens BMS software and supervised subsystems.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • Experience in technical support role is required.

  • Problem-Solving, Communication, Organizational, Flexibility and Adaptability, Resilience skills are required.

  • Be oriented and motivated on new technologies and a basic knowledge on them is highly appreciated.

  • Knowledge on Energy, Comfort, Fire, Security field devices from Siemens is a plus.

  • Passion to never-stop growing.

  • Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge.

  • Proficiency in English and Italian

  • Eligibility to work in Italy
