Kuehne+Nagel Project Logistics Customer Excellence Supervisor (Air Logistics) in Milan, Italy

We're looking for you! The role is to establish a team that provides an outstanding customer experience for all orders and shipments to deliver the best overall service level for the clients. Ensure that the team surpass the customer's needs. The individual should have the financial acumen to be alert for any revenue-making opportunities as well as risks to the P&L.

Your Role

Part of this role is to ensure that the team surpass the customer's needs. The individual should have the financial acumen to be alert for any revenue-making opportunities as well as risks to the P&L.

Your Responsibilities

  • Profit and Loss responsibility for their accounts

  • Identify tasks for centralization and automation and work with the management to implement these into SSC or system

  • Leadership & Management of team members to meet all customer requirements and the full utilization of team members

  • Perform productivity analysis on your team as defined by your manager

  • Ensure that all team members are skilled and trained in industry knowledge, customer care, processes and systems

  • Identify opportunities to grow business within their client portfolio and work with senior management to prepare and execute plans

  • Data Quality is a key component of service quality

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of FSL activities

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of clients and deal with any complaints/queries

  • Monitor operational performance of all suppliers (including HSE compliance) and implement Corrective or preventative actions (and monitor) or/and escalate to management if required

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Project Management experience

  • Team Leadership Experience

  • English level Advanced

  • Good planning and organization skills

  • Ability to multitask and be a self-starter

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
