Position Overview.

We are looking for multiple candidates, from recent graduates to those with up to 4-5 years of experience, to join our team as Product Managers for Low Voltage Motors (LVM) and Geared Motors (GM). We have offices in Milan, Padova and Roma and the candidates we are looking for are for all these sites. In this role, you will provide critical technical and commercial support to our Advanced Partners, sales agents, and customers, helping to identify the best solutions from our portfolio. You will contribute to market analysis, product management, and the resolution of technical challenges, working closely with our headquarters and factories.

Your future role.

  • Technical and Commercial Support: Assist Advanced Partners, sales agents, and vertical markets in selecting the most suitable products, offering technical expertise and solutions.

  • Customer and Frame Agreement Support: Analyze customer specifications, provide support for Frame Agreements, and manage product configurations in our SAP system, including export control activities.

  • Order and Logistics Management: Collaborate with the customer service department to resolve complex orders, address delivery delays, non-conformities, and escalate factory issues.

  • Quality and Market Surveillance: Manage non-conformity issues, oversee quality control, and conduct market and competitor analysis.

  • Product and Factory Interface: Serve as the main contact with headquarters and factories, handling product issues, updates, and delivery times.

  • Sales and CRM Support: Provide discount guidelines, manage technical and commercial requests, and support CRM activities.

  • Customer Relations: Offer daily support to customers and sales agents, handle hotline requests, and conduct product training.

  • Product Promotion and Training: Promote products through customer visits, trade shows, and fairs, and train sales agents on technical solutions.

Your profile.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or a related field) or a comparable discipline.

  • Experience: Candidates with a range of experience levels (from recent graduates to those with 4-5 years in the field) are welcome to apply. Experience in motors (low voltage and geared) and related technologies is a plus.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical products and solutions, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • CRM and SAP Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP for product and sales management.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English, with the ability to build relationships and present technical information effectively.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.

  • Willingness to Travel: Occasional travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and other business-related activities may be required.
