The role

The Inside Sales Account Manager or Operation Manager (OM) is the primary point of contact for customers. She/he will be responsible for a list of accounts in the region. The Operation Manager will also coordinate with the various Teams in SoftwareOne and ensure customer needs are met in a timely & accurate manner.

· Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.

· Develop strong knowledge through ongoing training with software publishers.

· Act as key resource for volume license offerings.

· Contact with current customers on a daily basis.

· Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers.

· Work collaboratively with assigned Account Managers

· Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships.

· Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within each customer.

What we need to see from you

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university.

  • 1-3 years professional sales experience preferred but not required.

  • Good English language proficiency.

  • Customer service experience preferred.

  • Highly motivated and results oriented; entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Detail oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks.

  • General understanding of technology solutions.

  • Proficient in and knowledgeable with Microsoft’s licensing programs and product stack .
