Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. This position involves both MIG welding and operating a robotic welder. The role focuses on fabrication and quality over quantity, rather than production welding. The primary responsibilities are to layout and fit parts based on the blueprints given, then welding them together accordingly.
Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding tasks with precision and accuracy.
Operate robotic welding equipment as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate parts without assistance.
Layout, fit, and assembly parts prior to being welding on.
Prioritize quality in all welding tasks.
Handle and grind parts to ensure smooth finishes.

Additional Information:
1st shift / 6am - 3:30pm / Monday - Friday
Hours subject to change depending on workflow & overtime.
Weekly pay + full benefits (medical/dental/vision)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
