WTW Regional sales manager - LATAM in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico
The Role
Strategic Benefits Planning: Develop and implement tailored benefits strategies to meet the unique needs of clients across the LATAM region.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings and regulatory changes specific to the LATAM region.
Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of health benefits programs, ensuring successful execution and alignment with client objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of benefits programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Region Collaboration: Engage with other regional teams to identify and develop cross-selling opportunities, leveraging expertise and solutions across different markets.
The Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in employee health benefits with a focus on the LATAM region.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). Portuguese will be a plus.
Client Management: Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the LATAM health benefits market, including industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
