Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years' experience in manufacturing or a similar working environment. Minimum of 1 year of leadership type experience to include leading teams and projects. Experience operating equipment such as forklifts and / or heavy machinery, and hand and power tools. Ability to take measurements and understand how to execute reaction plans when measurements are out of tolerance. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership type role. Prior forging experience and /or experience working in extreme heat conditions.

Our Savannah Operations is a heavy industrial Forging manufacturing plant located in Midway, Georgia, employs approximately 200 people and is poised for growth!
