Aston Carter Financial Systems Administrator in Midvale, Utah

Description

The Financial Systems Manager position plays a vital part in providing administrative management for maintaining, monitoring, and improving the Company’s financial systems. This position provides functional support for our ERP system and other financial systems, including Oracle Cloud Reporting, Coupa, Medius, and Egencia Travel Management.

The position requires the distinct ability to oversee and manage the systems at a high level to pivot and resolve detailed issues quantitatively. Strong people skills are also necessary as this position will have visibility and interactions throughout the Company. This role will lead to interacting with a variety of functional teams including Accounting, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, Information Technology, and others.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of qualified-related experience.

• Bachelor’s degree required. (Prefer Information Systems degree or Accounting)

• Working accounting knowledge and understanding.

• Functional understanding of accounting ledger structures, report and query writing, SQL, general accounting, and KPI development required.

• Working knowledge of VBA, Java, and other programming languages preferred.

• Capability to dig into details but understand the big picture.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $150000.00
