The Financial Systems Administrator position plays a vital part in providing administrative management for maintaining, monitoring, and improving the Company’s financial systems. This position provides functional support for our ERP system and other financial systems, including Oracle Cloud Reporting, Coupa, Medius, and Egencia Travel Management. The position requires the distinct ability to oversee and manage the systems at a high level to pivot and resolve detailed issues quantitatively. Strong people skills are necessary as this position will have visibility and interactions throughout the Company. This role will involve interacting with a variety of functional teams, including Accounting, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, Information Technology, and others.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative management for maintaining, monitoring, and improving financial systems.
Offer functional support for ERP systems and other financial systems such as Oracle Cloud Reporting, Coupa, Medius, and Egencia Travel Management.
Oversee and manage systems at a high level while resolving detailed issues quantitatively.
Interact with various functional teams including Accounting, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, Information Technology, and others.
Essential Skills
5+ years of financial system management experience.
Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Information Systems).
Working accounting knowledge and understanding.
Functional understanding of accounting ledger structures, report and query writing, SQL, general accounting, and KPI development.
Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Reporting, Coupa, and Medius.
Experience with audit preparation and internal audit.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Working knowledge of VBA and other programming languages.
Capability to dig into details while understanding the big picture.
Work Environment
The candidate will have a hybrid schedule or can choose to work fully onsite if desired. Work-from-home days are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The schedule will be 8 am to 5 pm MT, Monday through Friday. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, Profit Sharing, and 401(k) with match. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $150000.00
