Description

We are in search of a Recruiter to join our team in Midland, Texas. This role focuses on the full-cycle recruitment process, from interviewing and testing to referring applicants for various positions throughout the company. The candidate will be equipped with a good understanding of the companies' organizational structure, knowledge of personnel policy and procedure, and compliance with federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for clerical, clinical, technical, administrative, and management positions

• Possess a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions

• Analyze the information provided on a prospective employee's application form and conduct a personal interview to determine the suitability of the applicant for employment

• Refer suitable applicants to the department hiring manager for further interviews

• Make the appropriate job offer, complete the onboarding process including background checks and pre-employment assessments

• Maintain professional and thorough communication with the candidate throughout the onboarding and orientation processes

• Attend Job Fairs and Community Education Facilities to attract qualified candidates

• Strategically place ads and use resources wisely to proactively source potential candidates

• Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Leverage online recruiting resources to source qualified candidates

• Schedule interviews and make travel arrangements as needed

• Ensure timely notification to employees not chosen for the position

• Solve problems and recommend process improvements to reduce problems

• Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Manage time efficiently.

Requirements • Proficiency in Careerbuilder and CRM software

• Experience in conducting thorough Background Checks

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within a healthcare setting

• Knowledge of various Hiring Processes

• Experience with Campus Recruiting and Corporate Recruiting

• Familiarity with College recruiting methods

• Proven track record in Recruiting within the medical field

• Ability to plan and execute Recruiting Activities

• Experience in leading Recruiting Efforts and organizing Recruiting Events

• Understanding of different Recruiting Functions within a healthcare setting

• Knowledge about the Recruiting industry, particularly in the medical field

• Ability to manage Recruiting Personnel and oversee Recruiting Processes
