Adecco US, Inc. Material Handler in Middletown, Virginia

Adecco is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our client’s team in Middletown, VA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient flow of our products from receipt to shipment.

Available Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 0-2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a life science or logistics environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

  • Valid driver's license (may be required)

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)

  • Forklift certification

  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures

Description:

  • Receiving and Processing: Accurately receiving and verifying incoming shipments, ensuring they meet quality and quantity standards.

  • Picking and Packing: Efficiently picking, packing, and labeling orders to fulfill customer requirements.

  • Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records and participating in cycle counts.

  • Warehouse Operations: Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and store materials safely.

  • Quality Assurance: Adhering to strict quality control standards and ensuring product integrity.

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
