Manufacturing Engineering Internship: Spring 2025 - 76586
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineering Intern in the Middletown, PA facility for Spring 2025. This position is on-site so the ideal candidate will be located in the general area.
What will you do? * Participate in continuous improvement activities like Kaizen events * Analyze data and make suggestions for process improvement * Assist with implementing DISS (Digitized idea SIM system) and LDS (lean digitization system) * Digitize and automate information for communications within the Distribution Center * Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Tableau to manage dashboards * Assist with SMB2 time studies * Update VSM's (value stream maps) * Other projects as needed / working alongside seasoned professionals
What qualifications will make you successful? * Working towards Mechical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related bachelors degree * Have some experience with Excel, Access, and Tableau * Junior or Senior in college * You are a team player who has a great attitude and strong work ethic
