At Parkside Utility Construction, as a Sr. Field QC Tech, you'll perform lead duties in identifying and addressing field quality deficiencies.
What you’ll do as a Sr. Field QC Tech:
You will work in the field reviewing active and completed telecommunications construction projects
You will verify active telecommunication construction work is completed to both the Customer’s and Parkside’s satisfaction and requirements
You will ensure internal CORE documentation matches the completed requirements,
You will report issues or lack of documentation or compliance issues to the Operations Supervisor/Manager
You will make minor field corrections to installations should issues be identified
You will handle small materials and may be asked to run small materials to field crews
You will operate, work, and report via general computer applications and mobile devices
Qualifications
What you will need:
You have 1-3 yrs. min experience within the Underground Utility Construction Industry
You are a problem solver
You have basic computer skills
You are at least 18 years old
You have a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
You have the willingness to work independently and as part of a team
You have experience working through all types of weather
You have effective communication skills
You are willing to travel and work extended hours; overtime and weekends as needed
