Garnet Health Physician Compensation & Contracting Manager in Middletown, New York

Responsibilities • Serves as a liaison between the providers and senior leaders in preparation and execution of new employment agreements and amendments • Performs advanced analysis and modeling to make data driven recommendations for any new compensation plans for current providers • Develops compensation plans for any new recruits • Collaborates with finance and operation teams to estimate financial impacts related to new compensation plans and/or for new hires. Communicates financial impacts to all relevant stakeholders. • Verifies, maintains and tracks incentive plans and other metrics relevant to the compensation plans • Communicates updates regarding relevant metrics to the providers and senior leaders on scheduled basis • Conducts annual FMV analysis, manages, administers and communicates contract amendments to providers and any respective stakeholders • Collaborates with operational leaders after execution to ensure performance compliance • Works with senior leaders and current recruitment team to establish physician recruitment goals • Develops, coordinates and administers any specialized recruitment and contracting opportunities: visa sponsorships and loan repayment programs • Collects, reviews, and submits applications for foreign physicians who require J-1 visa sponsorship • Develops and maintains positive relationships with providers • Conducts annual benchmarking using industry compensation trends and concepts • Adheres to GHD Compensation Philosophy and recommending updates to the Philosophy when appropriate. Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements.
