The Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for delivering effective pest management solutions. Through interior and exterior inspections, the Technician identifies the presence of pests and advises clients on optimal treatment strategies, including both traditional chemical methods and eco-friendly options. The position demands a detail-oriented individual committed to quality service and customer education. Responsibilities: - Execute comprehensive interior and exterior property inspections to detect pests. - Advise clients on various pest control solutions, tailoring recommendations to their specific needs. - Prepare and present detailed estimates for single treatments and ongoing service contracts. - Install and monitor traps for the control of rodents and other wildlife intrusions. - Perform perimeter treatments for common pests such as termites, ants, cockroaches, and other insects utilizing industry-standard equipment. - Remove nests of stinging insects such as wasps, hornets, and bees with a focus on safety and minimal environmental disruption. - Place and maintain bait systems for the effective control of pest populations.
