JOB REQUIREMENTS: Pharmacy Buyer - 34305 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE; Day Shift. Monday - Friday; Shifts vary 7:00AM - 5:00PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Pharmacy Buyer to: * Coordinate daily pharmaceutical purchasing needs for our retail, clinic, and hospital pharmacy locations. * Process purchase orders and provide assistance to internal and external pharmacy customers. * Ensure medications are purchased at the best available prices, with consideration for 340B and GPO contracts. * Work collaboratively to maintain adequate inventory of all products to meet the need of patients. * Manage timely distribution of medications throughout our healthcare system.
