FISKARS NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER OUR ROLE Step into the vibrant world of Fiskars, where innovation meets tradition and every account is an opportunity to continue our 375 year story. As a National Account Manager, you\'ll play a pivotal role in our growth, managing key accounts like Costco and driving our presence across diverse product categories and brands. This role has the unique opportunity to build out our Grocery Channel strategy alongside our Sales Director. This role will be integral to our growth story. Working alongside our Sales Director, you will have the unique opportunity to build out our Grocery Channel strategy, steering key accounts like Costco toward new horizons. Your role will involve crafting annual sales plans that exceed targets, transforming challenges into opportunities, and understanding customer needs in depth. This position is a full-time, remote role and reports to Amanda Eastman - Sales Director of Mass, Club, Craft and Grocery Channels. WHAT YOU\'LL DO AT FISKARS Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Leverage your grocery channel and Costco expertise to generate profitable business, deeply understanding customer challenges, priorities, and needs Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve sales targets while maximizing profitability Analyze sales data and provide accurate forecasting to ensure operational efficiency and high levels of service Work closely with marketing and NPD teams to create comprehensive sales plans and proposals that drive profitable sales for key customers and rep groups Ensure effective resource management, strengthening relationships with key customers and rep groups Market Leadership by creating awareness and developing sales opportunities in key strategic channels, ensuring Fiskars is viewed as a market leader and a desired partner Travel to engage directly with customers and industry stakeholders, paving the way for new opportunities and growth (approx. 25%-50% first year) WHO YOU ARE Experience + Education: Bachelor\'s Degree desirable 5-7 years of progressive selling experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) with major retail accounts Background in grocery channels and/or Costco with a proven ability to drive new business Strong interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to understand and address customer challenges, priorities, and needs Proficient in planning and analytical reasoning Proven business acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets for key accounts Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage existing and new accounts, pursuing...
