This includes filing initial disputes with customers when claims are confirmed to be invalid and pursuing cash recovery. The Claims Specialist will work closely with the Claims Analysts to identify specific customer trends and help identify root causes of deductions for prevention purposes.Primary Duties & Responsibilities Review and process complex customer deductions from start to finish.
